Working closely with you, I carefully select wines that pair beautifully with your menu, align with your personal taste, and respect your budget.

This is a unique, collaborative and highly personal journey, built around two exclusive tasting experiences:

The Discovery Tasting

An intimate first evening where you’ll explore a thoughtfully curated selection of wines, each chosen to compliment your wedding menu. This is your opportunity to discover new favourites, refine your preferences, and begin shaping the wine story of your day.

The Final Selection Tasting

A second, more focused tasting where we revisit your preferred wines and confirm your final selections with confidence. During this session, we also refine the finer details, whether that’s selecting specific glassware, choosing wine related favours, or incorporating beautifully designed and personal table cards that share the story behind your choices.

For those who wish to take the experience even further, I can attend your food tasting for the wedding menu and present perfectly paired wines alongside each dish. This ensures that every course is elevated, and every pairing feels intentional and memorable.
